2. Use of materials from Triton Electronic Systems Ltd.:
2.1. The use of materials from the site is possible only with the written permission of Triton Electronic Systems Ltd., applications and questions are accepted through the "feedback form" on the site treat-on.com.
2.2. When using the Site Materials in electronic publications, pages of Internet sites, in electronic files or other forms of use in electronic form, the user in each case of use is obliged to publish a hyperlink to the main page of the website of the Triton Electronic Systems Ltd.
2.3. 3. Use of photos and videos when selling products Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. on third-party websites:
3.1. The use of photos of the products of Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. indicating the technical characteristics, with or without a price, but for the purpose of selling products, is allowed only when entering into a dealer agreement with Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. and issuing the appropriate permission for publication.
3.2. When using photos for the sale of products of Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. on websites (whether accompanied by technical specifications or not), the dealer undertakes to:
3.2.1. Do not change the image of the Treaton logo and trademark, as well as the names of the Zisline, MV300, MV350, JV100, MGA-06, AMG-06, models on the devices and their components to another trademark, paint over or intentionally overlap with the logos of your own companies.
3.2.2. Do not change the proportions of product images, compress or reduce product images without notifying Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. Resizing images is allowed only when each side is reduced proportionally, while maintaining the image quality.
3.2.3. Do not change the color design and completeness of Treaton products by cutting/mashing part of the image.
3.2.4. If the images provided by Triton Electronic Systems Ltd. do not correspond to the parameters of the dealer's website and it is not possible to independently proportionally change the image without distorting the products on it, the dealer is obliged to notify the manufacturer and make a written request for images indicating the required dimensions in px (pixels), file weight (mb), file format (png, jpeg, etc.), and resolution (dots per inch) per email info@treat-on.com.
3.2.5. If it is necessary to sign the product image of Triton Electronic Systems Ltd., the user places the signature in the lower right corner of the image so that the signature does not overlap the product image, does not overlap the name and TM Treaton. The caption size must not be smaller than the font size of the user's text that uses photo materials, or the font size of the user's text that accompanies the photo material.
3.2.6. Do not distribute false or intentionally distorted information about the production facilities, completeness and terms of production of products of Triton Electronic Systems Ltd.
4. Final provisions:
4.1.
